Prayers can’t solve hardshipin Nigeria, Citizens chose bad leaders Instead – Primate Ayodele

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, stated on Tuesday that the problems facing Nigeria’s leaders are what will prevent fasting and prayer from being effective in resolving the nation’s financial difficulties.

Primate Ayodele claimed that since the people of Nigeria chose the politicians who are currently making their lives tough, God is no longer paying attention to their complaints about suffering.

Ayodele claimed in a statement that his media assistant, Oluwatosin Osho, signed that Nigerians had disregarded the truth and that if the country’s leaders don’t act morally, God will not intervene to pull the nation out of its economic bind.

He said that anyone who suggests that praying can help Nigerians overcome adversity is merely fooling himself.

Primate Ayodele asserts, “We have failed to follow reality. Anyone who says we should pray our way out of trouble is only fooling Nigerians.” When it comes to the problem of suffering, God is no longer listening to Nigerians.

“We are far from the truth and do not listen to it. The system is closing down, but God won’t come down to aid us; He won’t come down to make things for us.

The divine man clarified that although God forewarned Nigerians against electing another APC government, they disregarded his advice. Nigerians are thus suffering from the results of their disobedience.

“We are only paying for our disobedience; God warned us, but we disregarded his will, so we must deal with the consequences of our disobedience, which are suffering and agony.

Primate Ayodele went on to say that since the problems at hand are the consequence of human error and ineptitude, nothing will change even if the government gathers millions of prophets to pray about hardship.

“All that is required for anything to change is for the government to gather ten million prophets, Islamic clerics, and traditional rulers to pray about what is happening. Let’s quit tricking ourselves with prayers; despite people’s best efforts to fast and pray, nothing is changing in any of the sectors that are in disarray.

We cannot overcome the problems we are facing with fasting and prayer since they are the product of human error and inability. Prayers alone cannot address the challenges facing Nigeria, he continued.
