Well-known Nigerian film director Patrick Doyle has asserted that Satan controls the entertainment business.

In response to singer Tems’ most recent BET award, the actor made this claim.

Tems, a secular musician, is the winner of the 2024 BET Awards’ best gospel category, according to the BETA NEWS. The ceremony took place on Monday at the Peacock Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California.

The major gospel artists were shocked by Tems’ victory and felt deceived.

In response to the controversy, Doyle warned gospel artists not to go to the entertainment business mafia for approval in a Facebook post.

Patrick wrote, “I feel the pain of mainstream gospel artists who feel slighted that an evidently secular musician, Tems was awarded for best gospel song.

“That said, I believe it is about time that committed Christians should stop seeking validation from fickle institutions like the entertainment industry mafia which by the way is in the grip of Satan.”
