‘Soweto’ changed my life. It changed my life in the sense that I was able to travel to places I didn’t believe that I would get to in a very short time,” he said. “The song was already successful in late 2022, and in 2023, we wanted to maintain that success so we employed Don Toliver and Rema on the remix. They’re very big names and their sounds are not far from what ‘Soweto’ sound like.”

Victony continued, “At the moment, I’m an independent artist.”
